OUR PROCESS FOR FABRICS
STEP 1:
Selection of the appropriate & the purest greige then choosing the exact processes & the right amount of chemicals & other neutralizers as per the quality to be achieved
STEP 2:
Singe, Mercerise, Wash & Stenterise the fabric then calculate gsm & shrinkage so far. RFD is ready.
STEP 3:
Choose the pigments & get the exact pantone shade that is to be achieved on either print or dyed.
PROCESS OF DYEING & PRINTING
STEP 1:
As per the requirement, determine if the RFD is to be dyed, printed or both & choose the dyes accordingly
STEP 2:
Dye the fabric in our available machines like jumbo, jigar, etc as per the shade & quantity.
STEP 3: If the fabric is to be printed then as per the clients requirement choose the printing machine Either Rotary printing which is done on our Zimmer or our Latest technology of Digital Printing
OUR PROCESS GARMENT

STEP 1:
Examine the garment to be made, calculate the consumption of the fabric & then cut its pharma accordingly
STEP 2:
Cutting the fabric as per the pharma, then use machines like overloop, underloop, etc to stitch the fabric
STEP 3:
Add buttons , wash, iron & check it’s quality
CQ, Pack & Delivery
Once the desired quality is achieved the same will be packed in our in-house PP bags. After the items have been reviewed by the buyer, the rest of the order will be delivered to their warehouses via our inhouse transport services.
